Restful experience, the hotel is pleasant with awesome location close to the center. The service is nice, includes convenient parking. Convenient to have a bar in the lobby.

Suitable accommodation for one night. Ideal, fairly clean hotel with marvellous and decent location. Located walk from a bus station, easy to get everywhere👍

Beds were very hard.

Comfortable bed, a big room, and a clean bathroom make for a great stay. the food is yummy, and the staff is super friendly and provides exceptional service! 😊

Excellent hotel, smart, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, well equipped spacious rooms, nice big bathroom, good gym and excellent massage. A shopping mall is right next door. The restaurant offers a good selection of tasty food for an extremely reasonable price. Good wine, as everywhere in that country.

Garden suite is a very nice room, spacious, having some balcony.

I stayed one day, wi-fi not working during whole time. I had to prepare reports but couldn't do anything. Staff seems to care but result: none. And bathtub's sink was not operating, I had to put some nylon bags to fill it. Nice room is not enough itself and I paid 210 EUR? Highest amount I ever paid and lowest facility I could get. Maybe it was luck but will I stay again? No chance...

Hotel is great and it is located very close to everything.City centre is only short stroll away(roughly 5 minutes).Hotel facilities are excellent and staff is very helpful.I would definitely use this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, a shopping mall with a supermarket, and transport stations. the rooms are clean, spacious, and come with good amenities like a hairdryer, ironing facilities, and bathrobes. the staff is polite, helpful and efficient. the breakfast is delicious, with an incredible panoramic view from the rooftop restaurant.

New modern business hotel, clean, comfortable and with a good location. Had most pleasent stay.

It was recently opened so wifi and staff are still to be improved. However, pleasently surprised!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable, from the beautiful Japanese paintings in the rooms to the comfortable King size bed. The rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view of the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices, with a beautiful view over the city. It truly made for a restful and enjoyable stay.

All was fantastic - couldn't ask for more.

I have asked a wake up call at 07.00 am but they never called me up (quote of the receptionist : " I was busy checking out 2 other guests - so I could not call you !!" )

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, right next to a mall with a large supermarket, and it's in the very center. The service here is exceptional, from the moment we arrived, the staff was polite, well-informed, and efficient. They even provided a paid airport shuttle service, which was very convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast with delicious local products, and the panoramic view from the last floor was incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff is amazing, especially the front office and housekeeping.

Overall nothing really to complain about. Car park was directly under the Hotel and accessible with the lift. Kettle, Microwave and tea/coffee in the room.

The Sauna may be an attracting point, but you will be charged 10 Euro for every 90 Minutes and person. The Air-condition was centrally controlled and I had to call the front desk to switch it off for the night (no fine regulation possible). Coffee in the morning only served by the waiter on demand and no real juice.
